THE DESIGN DOCUMENTATION PACKAGE INCLUDES ALL ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS: FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS, LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL PLANS, JOINERY DRAWINGS, AND A DETAILED SCHEDULE OF FINISHES, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT.

UPON SELECTION OF A BUILDER AND PROVISION OF THE DESIGN DOCUMENTATION, WE LIAISE WITH CONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS, REVIEW CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, AND CONDUCT REGULAR SITE VISITS AS REQUIRED. OUR SUPPORT EXTENDS THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO ENSURE THE OUTCOME ALIGNS WITH THE INTENDED DESIGN.

Our Individual Room Service option provides you with the same deliverables available in our comprehensive service but tailored specifically to selected areas such as the kitchen or bathroom, based on your preferences.

With an extensive network of suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans, we provide a wide array of items to enhance your space. Our offerings include both prefabricated pieces and the option to create custom furniture, upholstery, and joinery.

Throughout the selection process, you will be presented with various options, complete with material samples and a scaled furniture plan. Should custom pieces be desired, we will furnish all necessary documentation for production.
